A Gratitude Spell to Bring More Good Into Your Life
People can feel more positive when they’re grateful, whether or not they believe in magic. Many of us focus on what we lack instead of what we have, and it’s often difficult to change this way of thinking. But there may be one easy way—a gratitude spell that can help you bring more good into your life. Let’s examine what makes this spell unique, and how it differs from other.
What Is a Gratitude Spell
When you’re feeling down or dissatisfied with life, it can be difficult to see the good. A gratitude spell is a ritual to appreciate the good in your life and the people who have made you happy. It’s important to think about what you are grateful for in this moment and also looking forward to in the future.
How to Perform a Gratitude Spell
If you’re doing well, think of the people who helped. You can do this by taking some time out of your day to perform a gratitude spell. Here are the steps:
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
- Set up an altar with an apple and objects that represent what you’re grateful for.
- Cut an X into the top of an apple with your athame, saying aloud: “I draw only the best into my glorious life.” Hold the blade so that it touches the bottom of the apple, but not cutting through it.
- Chant your mantra or state your gratitude until it feels like it’s coming from your soul and fills your heart with joy. If you find yourself getting emotional, that’s okay! Let the emotions out, and keep chanting and charging the apple until they subside.
- When you’re ready, pick up each object on your altar one at a time and give thanks for its meaning. Spend as much time as you need contemplating how this particular object brings more goodness into your life.
- When you’re done, eat the apple and reflect on how much better you feel now than before performing the ritual.
Do these spells when necessary or if you notice things start feeling off again.
What Else Could I Do To Attract More Good?
There are many ways that you can attract more good into your life. You could work on forgiving, find out what’s important, or write a list of things you’re grateful for.
